How do these terms apply?
By accessing the gt99 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully read and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms apply equally to all users in Bangladesh, so please read them carefully before using the platform. gt99 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Account Eligibility & Registration Process
To open an account at gt99, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may open only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, and you may be required to submit necessary documents for identity verification. Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share your login credentials with any third party. gt99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account due to unverified identity or the provision of false information.
Rules on Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on the gt99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must remain within the specified minimum and maximum limits. Deposited funds will only be accepted via a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. For suspicious or unusual transactions, gt99 may request additional verification and may temporarily place a hold on the transaction if necessary. Any account associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Prohibited Activities & Usage Restrictions
Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, software manipulation, or unauthorized access to another user's account on the gt99 platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting to claim bonuses or promotional benefits using multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of deposited funds. Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform is prohibited, and any such incident must be reported to the support team immediately. The platform may not be used to harass, insult, or harm other users. In the event of a violation of these rules, gt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice.
Terms for Bonus & Promotion Use
Accepting any bonus or promotional offer from gt99 requires fulfilling the specific wagering conditions attached to that offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the designated betting requirements have been met. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times or abusing the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus. Each promotion has a set validity period, and any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, gt99's decision shall be considered final.
Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the gt99 platform are the exclusive property of gt99 and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the platform without written permission is strictly prohibited. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, but the use of any automated tools or scraping methods is not permitted. Third-party game content is operated under the respective game provider's license. Any claims of intellectual property infringement may be submitted through our support team.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
Gt99 will not be directly liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or third-party service issues on the platform. Users access the platform at their own risk, and it is entirely their responsibility to consider their financial capacity before participating in any gaming activity. If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first, as most cases can be resolved through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. gt99 is committed to handling all disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
